BOOKING INFORMATION

AGREEMENT

I understand that:

  1. All those availing of the New School’s practice and rehearsal facilities are required to read and agree to our COVID-19 Safety Policy and complete a brief COVID-19 safety questionnaire before each practice session.
  2. All rooms are subject to availability and must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance.
  3. All room rentals are for piano and/or acoustic (i.e., not amplified) instruments and/or singers and for practice/rehearsal only.
  4. Rooms may not be used for private music teaching or any other paid work.
  5. The fees for practice • rehearsal room hire are €12/hour for non-students and €8/hour for currently-enrolled students, for up to two people, plus €2/hour for each additional person (non-students) or €1.50/hour for each additional person (currently-enrolled students).
  6. The fees for 10-hour practice tickets are €100 for non-students and €70 for currently-enrolled students.
  7. The hire fee is due before the practice or rehearsal commences.
  8. Practisers are responsible for removing any rubbish, returning the room to its original state and returning the room key to the school office after finishing. An additional charge of €10 will be incurred if the room isn’t left in its original state, and an additional charge of €20 will be incurred if the room key is not returned after finishing.
  9. No food or drink is allowed in New School classrooms.
  10. The school is not responsible for any lost or stolen items, including instruments.
  11. The school is not responsible for lost or stolen practice tickets.
