Intensive Lessons

Please use this form if you would like to book one or more in-school or online Intensive Lessons with Waltons New School of Music. In addition to booking one- or two-hour Intensive Lessons, you can also use this form to book a 30-minute ‘trial’ lesson, if you would have a taste of what tuition with the New School is like. In order to confirm teacher availability, you should book your Intensive Lesson(s) at least 48 hours in advance.

Please Note

  • This is an booking – not an enquiry – form, so please complete it only if you intend to book one or more Intensive Lessons for yourself or your child. If you would like to make an enquiry about Intensive Lessons or the tuition we offer, use our contact form instead.
  • Submission of this form does not guarantee an Intensive Lesson booking, and a deposit or full fee payment is required to confirm it.
  • We will get in touch after you submit the form to arrange your Intensive Lesson(s) teacher, day(s) and time(s). We can then take your tuition payment over the phone, arrange a time for you to drop by the school office to pay in person or send you an invoice to pay online.

Please provide any additional details about your Intensive Lesson(s) that may be helpful: for example, the piece(s) or song(s) that you would like to work on, if you are preparing for an audition, exam or performance, etc.

Please provide us with essential information about your Intensive Lesson(s), including whether you would like it/them to be in-school (in the New School itself) or online, lesson length (two-hour lessons are only suitable for high intermediate or advanced intrumental or voice students, as well as theory, composition, music technology or Junior/Leaving Cert. Music) your teacher preference (if any), preferred dates and times, etc.

AGREEMENT

I understand that:

  1. Either full fee payment or a non-refundable booking deposit of €25, payable by credit/debit card or cash (in-school Intensive Lessons only), is required to confirm an Intensive Lesson(s) booking.
  2. If booking Intensive Lesson(s) with a deposit, the balance of the fee, payable by credit/debit card or cash (in-school Intensive Lessons only), is due before the lesson(s) begin(s).
  3. If this booking is for one or more in-school Intensive Lessons, I have read and agree to the New School’s COVID-19 Safety Policy.
  4. If this booking is for one or more online Intensive Lessons, I understand all of the technical requirements needed to access and participate in the lesson(s). (See our Zoom for Students information sheet.)
